1. Order Issues & Returns

We take great pride in creating each product, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund. Please include clear photos of the damage or defect with your request.
  • Incorrect Item or Size: If you’ve received the wrong item or size, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with your order (such as damage or incorrect items). Please carefully check the product details before ordering to ensure the correct size and design are selected.


3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right:

  • Your item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or customized items, which are made specifically for you. If you’d like to initiate a return under this cooling-off period, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item as outlined above, and place a new order.
